Mobile Banking Login Trouble

Before you can use Spectrum's WAP mobile banking, you must first activate the SMS Text mobile banking service using PC Access and your cell phone. To activate service:

  • Login to PC Access and click on ADDITIONAL SERVICES/MOBILE BANKING & ALERTS.
  • Click on the Activate button.
  • Enter your cell phone number.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Enter the Activation Code you receive on your cell phone in the ACTIVATION CODE field.
  • Choose a Primary Account.

Then you will be ready to use both the SMS and WAP mobile banking.
