Telephone Access
You can access your Spectrum Credit Union (Spectrum) accounts at any time by calling toll-free at 800-782-8782. This is a FREE service offered to our members.
Loans by Phone or online via your personal computer
Need a loan but don't have time to visit a Spectrum branch? Apply online or call toll-free at 800-782-8782 and choose the "Loan by Phone" option. Have your Spectrum member number, Social Security Number and income information ready. We'll ask a few questions and a loan officer will call you the next business day with a decision.
Wire Transfers
Send funds electronically to another individual or financial institution via wire transfer.
You can submit a wire transfer request two ways:
- Visit your local Spectrum branch
- Log in to PC Access and click the Transfers tab then the Wire Transfer Form link
There is a $20 fee for domestic wires (U.S.) and a $30 fee for foreign wires (outside U.S.). We do not charge a fee for incoming wires.

Account Services
Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit puts an end to the payday runaround. Each payday your entire paycheck, less your usual deductions, will be sent electronically to Spectrum when you choose to have your paycheck electronically deposited to your Spectrum Checking or Savings account. Direct Deposit lets you begin earning dividends as quickly as possible. Sign up today.

Payroll Deduction
With payroll deduction you can arrange to have funds deducted automatically from your paycheck to make loan payments or deposits to your Spectrum accounts – all at no charge.
Automatic Payment
Spectrum can make fixed automatic payments on your behalf at no charge. Use this service to make fixed payments, on the day(s) you wish, to any or all of your Spectrum loan or savings accounts. The timeliness of your payment is our responsibility.

Overdraft Protection
Avoid the cost and hassle of returned checks with FREE overdraft protection. Funds will be transferred automatically from your Member Savings account, unsecured line of credit, or credit card to prevent overdrafts.

Spectrum Credit Union ATMs
As a Spectrum member, your ATM card gives you access to worldwide ATM networks as well as our proprietary ATMs. You can make unlimited transactions on Spectrum ATMs free of charge and make up to eight withdrawals a month at any network ATM absolutely FREE*. After eight transactions a month per card, a $1 fee will be charged for each non-Spectrum ATM transaction.
*Spectrum does not charge for ATM usage. Other financial institutions may assess a surcharge.
ATM Network
Spectrum participates in the Credit Union Cooperative ATM network and the Member Access Network, which allows members to make unlimited deposits and withdrawals at more than 25,000 CO-OP ATMs throughout the United States and Canada. Spectrum members can also make surcharge-free withdrawals at more than 76,000 ATMs across the country. Look for these symbols to find a participating ATM:

Point-of-Sale (POS)
Use your Spectrum ATM/Debit card to make free and unlimited Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions and even ask for cash back. The cash back amount will be withdrawn from your Checking account along with the amount of your purchase. Look for the Maestro symbol at retailers everywhere.
Shared Branches
Access your accounts at a CU Service Centers® shared branch location near you. You can make deposits and withdrawals, pay loans, check your balance, transfer funds, and even purchase money orders (at branches that offer these) and Travelers Checks.
