Online Access

If you do not have a Spectrum Credit Union (Spectrum) branch nearby — or if you just love the convenience of electronic banking — our Online and Mobile Banking services are easy ways to access your accounts at any time free of charge!

PC Access Online Banking

24/7 banking: PC Access Online Banking turns your personal computer into a virtual Spectrum branch! Log in to PC Access from Spectrum's home page.

  • Deposit paper checks from home
  • Pay your bills
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make balance inquiries
  • Make loan payments
  • Take a loan advance
  • Transfer funds to accounts at other financial institutions
  • Send money to anyone with a valid email address

 To sign up for PC Access for the first time:

  • Go to the home page at spectrumcu.org
  • In the Online Banking box, enter your Member Number in the Username space and your Social Security Number in the Password space
  • Follow the prompts to create a new username and password
  • Follow the prompts to request a one-time passcode to register your computer or mobile device
  • Input the one-time passcode when prompted

Please note the minimum browser requirements for PC Access: Internet Explorer 8, 9, or 10; Mozilla Firefox 4 or newer; Google Chrome; or Apple Safari for Mac iOS. Internet Explorer 7 and Safari for Windows are no longer supported.

eDeposit

Deposit a check from home. Log in to PC Access and click on the "Additional Services" tab, then the "eDeposit" link. Scan in the front and back of your check (or upload check images) and print your receipt. Your deposit will typically be credited immediately.*

Person-to-Person Transfer

Transfer funds to anyone in the U.S. with an email address or cell phone number. (Standard text message rates apply.) Log in to PC Access and click on the "Transfers" tab, then the "Transfer to/from Non-SCU Account" link. Click on "Send Payment" to add a new recipient and transfer up to $1,000 per transaction, with a limit of $3,000 per week.

Institution-to-Institution Transfer

Transfer funds between your Spectrum accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions. Log in to PC Access and click on the "Transfers" tab, then the "Transfer to/from Non-SCU Account" link. Click on "Setup New Account" to enter your outside account information. Once your outside accounts are set up, click on "Transfers" to schedule the service. You can transfer up to $10,000 per week.

Bill Payer & eBills

Pay and/or view a bill online. Log in to PC Access and click on the "Bill Payer" tab to pay your bills now, or schedule future bill payments.

You can use Bill Payer from any personal computer to authorize payment of virtually any bill.* Our third-party vendor will make your payments electronically (vendors who cannot accept electronic payments will continue to receive payments by check).

IMPORTANT: Instead of just your member number, you must use your 14-digit Spectrum account number (found in MICR line of your Spectrum check) to authorize electronic debits or credits to your account. Please click here to find out how to establish your 14-digit Spectrum account number.

*Spectrum uses athird-party bill payment vendor. Our third-pary vendor does not make payments to collection agencies, government agencies, or court ordered payments. Payments cannot be made to payees outside the United States.

Mobile Banking

Banking on the go. You can view account balances and transaction history, view and set up transfers, and manage bill payments from your phone.

There are several ways to access this FREE service.

  • Download our Mobile Banking app for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Android. (Search for "Spectrum Credit Union" in the app store.)
  • Type "mb.spectrumcu.org" into your mobile phone's web browser. (Bookmark it for future visits.)
  • Go to spectrumcu.org from your mobile phone's web browser and click on the Login button in the Mobile Banking box.

Please note that the minimum operating system requirements for Mobile Banking are iOS 7 or Android 4.1. Mobile Banking versions older than v4.5 may not be supported.

Mobile Deposit

To use the Mobile Deposit service, download the Spectrum Mobile Banking iPhone or Android app from the App Store. After you log in, click “Deposit Checks,” then select the account you want to deposit the check into and enter the check amount.

Take a photo of the front of the check, then the back of the check, and hit “Submit Check.”

Your deposit will typically be credited immediately. (Deposits may be delayed if made during periods of system maintenance.)

Text Message Banking

NOTE: Following the update on the evening of November 30, you will need to re-enroll in Text Message Banking. To sign up for text message banking, log in to the CFCU Mobile Banking iPhone, iPad, or Android app and click Enroll in Text Message Banking to enroll your mobile number.

Send text messages to 86020:
