The security of our members is top of mind for Spectrum Credit Union. In today’s increasingly digital environment, it’s important to stay informed about fraud and scam risks. There are many measures you can take to prioritize security and maintain your safety around your Digital Banking activity and your broader online interactions.

Please always remember that the Credit Union will never ask you to disclose your Digital Banking login password, for any reason. We will never ask you for this password in a phone call, in a text message, in an email, or at any of our branches—we will never ask you this through any channel. Never tell anyone else your password for your Digital Banking for any reason. If you believe that someone may have gained access to your Digital Banking login credentials (username and/or password), please change your password and call us right away at 800-782-8782 or send us a Secure Email via Digital Banking.
