Fraud Alert

If you receive a phone call or text message that appears to come from the Credit Union and asks you to click a link, reply to confirm a Zelle® transaction, or provide your Digital Banking login credentials to resolve a fraud issue, please DO NOT click the link, reply to the text, or provide your credentials or any other personal information. Instead, call us at 800-782-8782 or send us a Secure Email via Digital Banking.

Members have received phone calls and text messages pretending to be from the Credit Union that ask them to click a link, provide a response, or provide their Digital Banking credentials or other personal information to verify a recent Zelle® or funds transfer transaction on their account. The transaction referenced is fictitious, leading the member to believe that they have unauthorized activity on their account.

The phone number and text messages appear to be from our Call Center, but it is being spoofed.

This is a fraud scheme that is becoming particularly widespread and has been targeting financial institutions that offer Zelle®.

If you believe you have been a victim of this scam, please change your Digital Banking password immediately and contact us right away at 800-782-8782 so we may take steps to protect your account.

As a reminder, the Credit Union does not include links in text messages and will never ask for your Digital Banking password.

If you receive a call or text that appears to be from the Credit Union and have any concerns about its legitimacy, please call us directly at 800-782-8782.
