¹ Offer valid for new mortgage applications received between June 25 and September 30, 2026. The mortgage modification fee of $995 is due at the time of the modification and cannot be added to the loan balance. A FutureFlex loan modification does not allow for the principal balance to be changed or to cash out home equity. Interest Rate Modification available only for fixed-rate mortgages; Loan Type Modification available only for adjustable-rate mortgages (modify ARM to fixed-rate mortgage). Modification will not change term of original mortgage. Modified loan pricing is based on original product classification – e.g., an original jumbo mortgage will receive jumbo mortgage pricing during a modification, even if the outstanding principal balance has dropped to conforming mortgage level.
